Our 30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To ensure a successful return, please make sure your item meets the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.

  1. Approval: Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  2. Unauthorized Returns: Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted, returned to you, nor refunded.

Restocking Fees

To help us maintain our commitment to quality and keep our prices competitive, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To maintain health and safety standards and due to the nature of custom work, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom Products: Personalized items or special orders.

  • Personal Care Goods: Beauty products and other hygiene-sensitive items.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or other hazardous materials.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the item you have (once the return is accepted) and making a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
