- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept many major credit cards including Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Can I cancel my order or change my address?
We understand sometimes you can change your mind on an item. Unfortunately, to meet demand and with the challenges the world is facing with shipping, we process orders as quickly as possible so there is not an opportunity to cancel the order prior to shipping.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfillment process. If the item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
- Where are you located?
Be-You-tiful Creations LLC is located in the USA.
- Where's my order / How can I track my order?
You should receive an email when the order is processed and shipped to you with proper tracking information. If you don't receive these emails, please contact us with your order number so we can check it and provide the tracking information for you.
- Money Back Guarantee
Our Money Back Guarantee is valid within 14 days of original purchase (with proof of final purchase) for original priced products (our apologies, this does not apply to sale priced items, free items, custom made or promotional items). In order to receive money back, you must qualify by initially submitting a return through our Contact Us page. To read more about our Refund Policy, visit our Quick Links section for “Return Policy”.
Note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, money back will be credited through the original method of payment within 10 business days (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal).
- How long does shipping usually take?
The estimated shipping time for our products is approximately 1-2 weeks. Furthermore, our primary source of shipping is USPS for domestic orders via USPS. Be-You-tiful Creations LLC is not responsible for items once delivered per tracking.
Due to high demand, order processing can take up to 7 business days and estimated delivery times are subject to change. We try our best to process the order within 24 hours.
You will be informed via email when your order is confirmed and shipped out with tracking information.
- Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically to the U.S. at this time. For better delivery service, we advise you to include your phone number in your order details, as we may need to call you if we have problems delivering your package.

- Why does the color of my items look different?
Images may look different (color) due to different monitor and device resolutions. We are not responsible for appearance variations due to the above dependencies. Nature stones, semi-precious stones and gemstones vary in size, shape and color as they are genuine nature stones.
- Why does my gemstones look different?
Natural gemstones come from minerals. Due to the naturality, the stones may have tiny flaws.
Cutting dying and polishing also makes every piece vary in color and size.
- What types of metals do you use?
We use a variety of different metals in select items. While it is our goal to use stainless steel and nickel free products, we cannot guarantee whether or not products contain various metal properties such as nickel and others. We try to list the product type in the descriptions, but please keep in mind some of our vendors don’t always indicate what types of metals a product contains and it may be used when we make our creations. Take precautions to manage your purchases as it relates to your allergies. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an item is allergy free. Some materials used in select items may or may not include, but are not limited to:

Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.
What if I make a return on a purchase made through Installments with Shop Pay?
If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:
- A smaller payment balance on the final payment
- Less future payments on the remaining loan balance
If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.
